Job Summary

You will develop transformative Machine Learning algorithms and create strategic concepts for company-wide change, building project teams along the way. The position involves writing software packages to enhance process efficiency. Ideal candidates possess strong Python programming skills (numpy, pandas, sklearn, pytorch, etc.), expertise in training and implementing algorithms like Deep Learning or Tree/Ensemble models, and a willingness to learn operational insurance processes. Experience with LLM-based workflows is a plus.
