Job Summary

Your responsibilities include managing user accounts and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, setting up workstations, and assisting with IT operations, updates, and security policies. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or demonstrably applied qualification at a comparable level from practical professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or system integration
  • Experience with Windows client systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Practical experience in Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)
  • Familiarity with network and VPN concepts
  • Experience with IT security best practices
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 17025, ISO 9001, GMP, NIS2) is advantageous
