Job Summary
Join a forward-thinking municipal administration as an Energy Technician in part-time capacity, contributing to energy efficiency and sustainability in public properties. You will be involved in municipal energy management, conducting building assessments, documenting technical systems, and identifying savings potentials. The role requires operational optimization of heating, ventilation, sanitary, and lighting systems, along with user sensitization and support for energy-related investments. This is a fixed-term position until December 31, 2028, offering 19.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant technical qualification, extensive experience in building and utility technology, and a cost-conscious, environmentally aware mindset. Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, and effective communication are key.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Energy Economics/Building Management/Heating-Climate-Sanitary (TGA) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in building and utility technology, energy generation, distribution, and consumption.
- Professional experience in energy management for municipal properties is advantageous.
- Experience in operational optimization of technical systems including measurements and parameterization.
- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for technical building systems.
