Job Summary
Join a dynamic AI & Data team as an AI & Data Consultant, bridging business, IT, and customer experience. You will help clients across various industries, particularly in contact center solutions, understand, conceptualize, and implement innovative AI and data solutions. This role involves building long-term client relationships, translating business needs into technical concepts, and analyzing requirements and processes. Key responsibilities include business and process analysis, requirement engineering, workshop moderation, understanding IT architectures and AI/data solutions, and configuring platforms. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of IT-near consulting experience, a relevant IT-related degree or education, basic JavaScript skills, and a strong understanding of business processes and IT systems. Experience with prompt engineering and AI tools is also required.
Required Skills
Education
IT-related degree or vocational training (e.g., Business Informatics, Data Science/Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or comparable).
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in IT-near consulting, preferably in AI, Data, or CX.
- Professional experience in requirement engineering and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and end-to-end processes.
- Experience in moderating workshops and leading discussions to achieve results.
