Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Team Lead to manage and optimize our electrical systems, including hardening plants, sandblasting equipment, and other technical facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of these systems. You will also be responsible for programming and configuring frequency converters and control systems, conducting independent inspections, and ensuring regulated workflows. A key aspect of this role is leading, assigning, and developing your team members, acting as their technical point of contact. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electrical engineering, strong knowledge of PLC technology (primarily Siemens S7), and experience with control systems and electrical installation.
