Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager for Electrical Engineering to lead our electrical and control cabinet production department. You will directly manage and develop a team of approximately 15 employees, coordinating new manufacturing projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role involves driving change processes with your team to continuously optimize processes, technologies, and workflows. A key responsibility is ensuring compliance with work, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate possesses an electrical engineering qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician), experience in plant construction or manufacturing, and proven leadership skills.
