Job Summary
Join Commerzbank as a Senior Scrum Master and Senior Project Manager for the strategic HR Target Architecture initiative. You will take operational responsibility for steering multiple sub-projects focused on SAP SuccessFactors, managing teams, and ensuring agile processes are effectively implemented within a hybrid waterfall environment. Your role involves facilitating team success, managing backlogs, identifying and resolving impediments, and acting as a key liaison between HR, IT, and external partners. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP system landscapes, excellent stakeholder management, and a commitment to driving agile values and organizational change. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Psychology with an HR focus, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a Senior Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach in complex, cross-functional IT/transformation projects
- Profound experience in the role of a Senior Project Manager, ideally in strategic initiatives or transformation programs
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Compensation)
- Experience with SAP system landscapes (SAP HCM, integrations to SuccessFactors, interfaces, architectures, and technological dependencies)
- Experience in replacing existing SAP HCM landscapes with modern cloud solutions and in migration and integration scenarios
- Experience in organizational change, internationalization, and supporting leaders and teams in transformation processes
Languages

- Certified Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) or comparable agile qualification; Certifications in project management are advantageous; Fixed-term contract until June 14, 2028; Start date from June 15, 2026
