Job Summary
Join a motivated team at a family-friendly employer as an IT Specialist for Server Systems. This full-time, permanent role at the State Office for Taxes in Koblenz involves the administration and operation of server infrastructures, a large-scale virtualization platform (over 2500 VMs on VMware), and SAN/storage components. You will also be responsible for IT security measures, infrastructure development, and participating in IT projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or a vocational training as a System Integration IT Specialist with at least three years of experience. Strong knowledge of VMware, storage/SAN, and Linux administration is required, along with familiarity with container technologies like Kubernetes and scripting languages. Required Skills
Education

Experience
