Job Summary
Join the Office for Organization and Digitization to actively shape the digital administration of our district and contribute to the IT infrastructure of local schools. This role focuses on the stable operation and future-oriented design of IT systems for approximately 10,000 users. You will be responsible for supporting key applications as a Service Owner or technical operations manager, providing 2nd-level support, and managing software deployment. The position involves packaging, testing, and maintaining software for administration and schools using tools like Baramundi or OPSI, and documenting processes in Service-Now. You will also participate in IT projects and support specific technical applications in schools. We seek a responsible individual with technical expertise, a structured, solution-oriented approach, and strong service orientation aligned with ITIL principles.
Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable IT qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT application support and/or user support
- Experience in software packaging is advantageous
- Experience with Active Directory and Windows client environments
- Experience as a Service Owner or technical operations manager is a plus
