Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support by handling incoming support requests via phone and self-tickets, meticulously documenting issues, and performing thorough error analysis to resolve problems independently. You will also manage incidents and service requests according to SLA guidelines while ensuring adherence to internal security policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer focus, enjoys collaborating with 3rd Level Support, and has a technical education in IT or equivalent. Experience in IT service support and identity management is a plus. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education with a focus on IT (apprenticeship, HTL) or comparable qualification is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Service Support and/or Identity Management is ideal
- Experience with Microsoft Products, Citrix, AD, Entra ID, MS Intune, Jira/Confluence, Client Hardware, Printers, and Smartphones
- Basic knowledge in Network Technology
