Job Summary

Join S-Bahn Berlin GmbH as an Information Security Manager in Berlin, playing a crucial role in implementing NIS-2 requirements, including risk management, reporting, and supply chain security. You will support IT requirement and project management with information security expertise, identify and assess security risks, and define control measures with business departments. Your responsibilities also include preparing decision papers on security measures, organizing awareness and training sessions on ISMS and IT security, and ensuring new applications comply with information security standards. This role requires a degree or equivalent in IT, IT law, or a comparable technical field, or a completed vocational training. You need extensive, multi-year professional experience (3-5 years) in information security and familiarity with regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills, the ability to translate complex regulations into practical measures, and excellent communication skills for presenting technical risks to non-technical stakeholders are essential. Fluency in German and English is required.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Law, comparable technical studies, or alternatively a completed vocational training. Ideally holds certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or is a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
