Job Summary

Join DB InfraGO AG in Hamburg as a Detailed Planner/Dispatcher for Superstructure. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the optimal resource planning, economic, and on-time dispatch of work orders and maintenance teams. You'll conduct day-to-day planning on a weekly basis, ensuring efficient use of personnel and vehicles, and implementing corrective actions when deviations occur. Your duties also include annual capacity planning, vacation and qualification planning, and reacting to short-term disruptions. You will manage monthly duty roster creation, considering employee absences, labor laws, and collective agreements, and oversee order controlling and KPI reporting. The ideal candidate possesses a state-certified technician or IHK master qualification, ideally with practical dispatching/detailed planning experience, strong technical and commercial understanding, and proficiency in MS Office. You are a solution-oriented, independent, and structured worker with a strong sense of deadlines, costs, and quality, and thrive in a team environment.
