Job Summary

Join Bitstore Systemhaus- und Softwarehaus Gruppe as an IT Technician / IT Systems Technician in a permanent, full-time role. You will be responsible for advising clients on IT and telecommunications technology, installing, maintaining, and repairing IT and TK systems, and troubleshooting issues remotely and on-site. The role also involves supporting workstations, networks, peripherals, and assisting with technical projects and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has an interest in IT and telecommunications, ideally some practical experience in technical support or IT service, strong customer orientation, communication skills, and an independent, structured work approach.
