Job Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to join a medium-sized company in Essen. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and machinery. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting electrical faults, performing tests according to DGUV/VDE standards, and documenting all maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as an Industrial Electrician or a comparable qualification, along with a self-directed and structured approach to work. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive hourly pay between €20.00 - €25.00, depending on experience, along with shift allowances and other benefits.
Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship as an Industrial Electrician, Electronics Technician for Plant Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in industrial electrical work is advantageous
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and machinery
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving faults on production facilities
- Experience in conducting tests according to DGUV/VDE standards
- Experience in documenting maintenance and repair work
Languages
Additional
- Work permit for Germany is mandatory
