This role involves overseeing and managing high-rise building construction projects for the Ilm-Kreis district administration, specifically within the Office for Building and Property Management in Arnstadt. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from contract negotiations with engineering firms and construction companies, project control, preparing tender documents, conducting bids, technical evaluation of offers, and overseeing construction execution, including cost control and invoice verification. This position requires a strong background in civil engineering, comprehensive knowledge of German construction regulations, and excellent organizational and negotiation skills to ensure the economic maintenance and optimization of district properties.
