Job Summary
This role focuses on enhancing sales and consulting systems, particularly for Sparkassen (savings banks) distribution channels. The specialist will collaborate closely with various departments, IT service providers, and external partners to advance these systems. Key responsibilities include supporting Sparkassen in implementing new insurance-related developments within the OSPlus system, coordinating IT projects from conception to implementation, and conducting testing for new developments. The position also involves performing data analysis and controlling activities to monitor project execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT architectures, databases, and interface technologies, coupled with excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with an insurance-specific background.
Experience
- Professional experience in developing and optimizing sales and consulting systems
- Experience in supporting system implementations, especially within banking or insurance systems
- Experience in coordinating and managing IT projects across various partners
- Experience in planning and executing test activities for technical acceptance
- Experience in conducting evaluations and controlling for project monitoring
