This role involves leading and managing technical building services projects, specifically focusing on Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary (HLS) systems. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, tendering, and awarding of building service trades, as well as managing the construction phase. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely project completion, adherence to budget, material and personnel disposition, and subcontractor coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in building services and construction law (VOB), excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
