Job Summary

The City of Fröndenberg/Ruhr is seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineering Technician or Landscape Architecture Technician for its Building Services department. This full-time role involves the independent planning and execution of road maintenance measures, implementing automated road maintenance management systems, and developing rehabilitation concepts based on systematic data collection. You will also be responsible for approving, controlling, and coordinating third-party construction projects in public road areas, and supporting green space management by inspecting playgrounds and sports fields. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering or landscape architecture, excellent IT skills, and a Class B driving license.
