This role is for a Head of Operations in the EMSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology) department, focusing on network control systems. You will lead a team, ensuring the safe and compliant operation of all EMSR systems. Responsibilities include developing technical workflows, planning maintenance and repairs, managing projects, and optimizing processes. The ideal candidate has a technical background, leadership experience, and strong IT skills, including SAP. Required Skills
Education
Completed Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable field. Driver's license class B.

- Leadership experience in managing employees
- Professional experience in operations management within EMSR technology
- Experience with technical projects
- Experience with tender processes and framework agreements
- Experience with construction measures in the EMSR environment
- Experience with process analysis and optimization
- Experience with data and disturbance analysis
- Experience in organizing and participating in on-call services
Languages
Additional
- Knowledge of water/wastewater management is desirable. Familiarity with relevant electrical engineering regulations, occupational and operational safety standards, DIN, VDE, and VOB is ideal. Proficient in standard IT applications and specific applications like SAP and asset management.
