Job Summary

This role is responsible for the timely and high-quality financial analysis and reporting of the company's actual business performance to management and shareholders. You will coordinate with country markets, corporate functions, management, and shareholders to meet reporting requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing management presentations and reports with variance analysis, presenting results, and taking ownership of the P&L, cash flow, KPI definition, and reporting for the group-wide incentive program. Ad-hoc analyses are also part of the role. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Controlling or Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, process management, and performance management, and strong MS Office skills. Experience with SAP, Anaplan, and telecommunications business models is preferred.
