Job Summary

As a Senior Production Engineer, you will be the "Process Mastermind" for our manufacturing operations, focusing on bringing space-grade carbon composite components for rockets and satellites to mass production. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing and improving production processes for scalability and robustness, and ensuring they are ready for high-volume ramp-ups. You will also be responsible for setting standards, driving fixture and tooling improvements, and coordinating stakeholders for new machine procurement. The ideal candidate possesses a "Space-to-Automotive" mindset, with strong experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Kaizen, SMED, 5S), risk management, and root cause analysis (5-Why, Ishikawa, FMEA).
