Job Summary

This role is for a Service Technician and Team Lead in the Wind Energy sector, based at the main plant in Hamm. You will be the technical supervisor for a designated team, responsible for planning materials, tools, assignments, and employee leave. A key part of the job involves training colleagues to enhance quality and acting as the primary point of contact for repairs on electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic components, as well as control and regulation systems. You will also perform quality checks and document all work independently. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in electronics or mechatronics, or a comparable qualification, with desirable experience in control systems, regulation technology, hydraulics, and power electronics. Strong motivation, teamwork, and a willingness to travel are essential.
