This role involves overseeing and maintaining building technical systems, including electrical supply, heating, water, and alarm systems. You will be responsible for regular maintenance and repairs, conducting safety checks, documenting findings, and managing spare parts inventory. The position also requires planning and coordinating modernization projects for technical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, a proactive and responsible approach, and knowledge of relevant regulations like DIN VDE 0100 or DGUV V3. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., as an electrician or electrical installer)
