Job Summary

Join a leading chemical industry company in Cologne as a Laboratory Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preparative separations using HPLC and HPLC-MS for natural products and plant protection active ingredients. You will also contribute to the development and refinement of analytical methods, conduct functional tests, and validate these methods. Daily tasks include documenting and reporting results, maintaining preparative HPLC-(MS) systems, and organizing laboratory workflows, including preparation and disposal. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant or Chemical Technician, with experience in research and development being advantageous. Proficiency in HPLC/HPLC-MS and MS Office is required, along with good German and English language skills.
