Job Summary

As a Product Owner for HR Systems, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and implementing the product roadmap for HR IT systems, including negotiations with employee representatives. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into clear product specifications, managing the backlog, and actively participating in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews. You will also derive recommendations for HR IT systems based on market innovations, such as AI for automation, and ensure compliance with data protection and security guidelines. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent vocational training with extensive relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a good understanding of HR processes and IT systems. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid work model with a requirement for significant presence in Coburg.
