You will also derive recommendations for HR IT systems based on market innovations, such as AI for automation, and ensure compliance with data protection and security guidelines. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent vocational training with extensive relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a good understanding of HR processes and IT systems. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid work model with a requirement for significant presence in Coburg.
