Job Summary
As a Software Engineer specializing in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an ArcGIS Enterprise environment. This includes handling incident, problem, and change management, tracking software bugs with manufacturers, and resolving issues while fulfilling service requests. You will also be involved in the configuration, installation, maintenance, and upgrading of ArcGIS Enterprise components, along with performing performance analyses and optimizations. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Geoinformatics or a related field, significant experience with ArcGIS Enterprise in large IT landscapes, and strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with FME. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with independent work habits, are crucial.
