Job Summary

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing bioanalytical methods and validations for drug and antibody determination within the pharmaceutical industry. You will analyze clinical and preclinical samples, work with laboratory automation, and ensure GLP/GCP-compliant documentation. The position requires organizing laboratory workflows, managing equipment and capacity, conducting complex experiments, analyzing data, and presenting results. Troubleshooting and prototype development are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in natural sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology), strong knowledge of protein biochemistry and bioanalytics, and experience with developing and validating analytical methods like Ligand Binding Assays (LBAs). Basic knowledge of ELISAs or Electro-Chemiluminescence assays and GxP principles is beneficial. Excellent German and English language skills are required.
