Job Summary
Join FERCHAU, a dynamic family company specializing in IT and Engineering, as a Hardware Development Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing electronic assemblies and PCB layouts, testing hardware components, and analyzing/simulating electronic circuits. You will also validate prototypes, create concepts for test environments, perform component and system tests, and plan/execute qualification processes with external partners. Experience with FPGA design, VHDL programming, and documentation is key. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Hardware, Circuit Technology, or VHDL
Experience
- Professional experience in simulation, verification, and writing testbenches
- Experience in electronic circuit technology, conception, analysis, and simulation
- Knowledge in test management, test methods, requirements, and configuration management
- Experience in the design of electronic assemblies (components, circuit technology) is desirable
- Knowledge of electronic components, CPUs, and FPGAs is desirable
Languages
Additional
- Good German language skills (level B2+) are a prerequisite for the position.
