Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and inquiries, providing both 1st and 2nd level support. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and documenting reported problems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and ensuring network security through ongoing administration and monitoring. You will also contribute to the company's IT strategy. This role requires a strong IT affinity, a good understanding of IT systems and their integration, and proven experience in IT support and network administration.
