Job Summary
This role is for a Service Desk Employee to join an internationally active technology group on a part-time basis (25 hours/week). The successful candidate will be responsible for professionally handling and processing emergency calls, alarms, disruptions, and messages, as well as clarifying simple issues. Key tasks include managing revision or shutdown requests, documenting customer complaints, ensuring timely communication with relevant departments and customers, and monitoring order processes. This position requires a background in service desk or user helpdesk environments, strong technical understanding, and excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and service technicians. The role involves working in alternating shifts and requires a customer-centric mindset, making it ideal for someone looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a supportive and well-regarded employer.
