As an Electrical Engineer at a global leader in energy technology, you will play a crucial role in designing and documenting communication networks within substations. Your responsibilities will include selecting, configuring, and integrating network components like switches and firewalls, supporting the integration of automation solutions, and analyzing network requirements to create technical concepts. You will also contribute to product development in communication infrastructure and IoT, including designing IoT infrastructures with edge devices and cloud connectivity. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, Network Technology, or Automation Technology, with strong knowledge of industrial network architectures, communication protocols (e.g., IEC 61850, Modbus), and network security. Experience
- Professional experience in network planning and project management

- Experience with network security (e.g., Firewalls, VLANs, VPN) and IoT technologies (e.g., MQTT, REST) is ideal
- Experience with edge devices and IoT gateways
