Job Summary
Join a growing, economically stable company as a DATEV Consultant, where you'll directly impact client success from day one. You will advise and support new and existing clients on DATEV software solutions, helping them find the right products to optimize processes within tax firms. Your role involves actively shaping client internal processes, serving as a competent point of contact for efficient use of DATEV programs. You'll bridge tax-related tasks with IT tools, specifically Microsoft and DATEV software, and conduct training sessions on DATEV Unternehmen Online, DATEV Rechnungswesen, and scannerbox®. This is an ideal opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills to become an expert in DATEV-specific inquiries within 3rd level support.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable commercial qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the application of DATEV programs
- Familiarity with workflows in tax firms and their IT process requirements
- Experience in customer consulting and support
- Experience in conducting training sessions
- Experience in 3rd level support for DATEV-specific inquiries
