Job Summary
Join the Federal Police, one of Germany's largest security authorities, as an HR Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing personnel needs, managing vacation and collective agreement matters, and overseeing HR statistics. You will also handle fundamental HR issues, including personnel planning and development, and address matters related to collective agreements and employment contracts. A key part of your role will involve steering the tasks within your department, guiding team members, and assisting them with complex individual cases. This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Public Administration or Public Management with a "good" overall grade, along with several years of HR experience, ideally within a federal authority.
