Job Summary

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for Electronics Manufacturing to lead a team of approximately 15 employees in Durach im Allgäu. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of your shift, coordinating daily order and personnel planning, and monitoring key production metrics. You will also ensure timely delivery and product quality, and be involved in Lean/process improvement initiatives. A key part of your role will be coordinating and resolving production issues on THT soldering systems.
