Job Summary

Join our team as a Team Lead for Electronics Manufacturing in Durach im Allgäu. In this role, you will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to approximately 20 employees in the electronics manufacturing preparation department, reporting directly to the department head. Your responsibilities include fine-tuning production orders, ensuring smooth personnel deployment through proactive planning, monitoring key production metrics, and implementing measures to meet delivery dates and quality standards. You will also actively foster employee development through training and support, contribute to the department's strategy, and continuously optimize processes and systems. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, practical experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT/THT), and ideally some leadership experience.
