Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing civil engineering projects, including planning, tendering, awarding, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure. You will be responsible for time, budget, and quality control, as well as preparing reports for political bodies and managing grant applications. Additionally, you will head departments for building construction, facility management, civil engineering, playgrounds, and real estate. The ideal candidate is an organized, structured, and communicative individual with strong project management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Education
Successfully completed studies as Diplom-Ingenieur/in (FH) or Bachelor (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering, or comparable qualification with additional certification.
Experience

- Equivalent skills and experience in relevant activities with proof ('other employee').
- Minimum good performance reviews of previous employment/activities.
- Driving license class B with willingness to use private car for business purposes.

Knowledge of procurement law and technical understanding in civil engineering are beneficial. Willingness to learn specific software quickly.
