Job Summary

Lead the technical building management operations for a growing hotel group on the North Sea island of Norderney. This role involves hands-on involvement with building services, planning and coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the operational readiness of all technical systems. You will manage daily operations, provide technical guidance to local teams, and report to the Head of Technical Building Management for the group. The ideal candidate has a technical trade qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician) with proven experience in building management, including knowledge of relevant regulations and leadership experience with technical and trade staff. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential.
