Part-time Accountant | Buchhalter/in in Teilzeit (m/w/d)

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Part-time Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets, along with handling all master data. Your daily tasks will include processing business transactions, performing account reconciliations, managing employee expense reports and credit card statements, and overseeing surety and certification management. You will also be involved in preparing statistical reports and managing dunning processes, contributing to daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate possesses a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with an IHK qualification in accounting, and has several years of professional experience in financial accounting and tax law. Strong numerical understanding, analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office, DATEV, and ERP systems are essential. We offer a high degree of creative freedom in a medium-sized company environment with short decision-making paths, flexible working hours, and the option for up to two days of home office per week.
