Job Summary
Lead a team of highly specialized engineers in electrical engineering, measurement, and control technology to execute investment projects for modern production facilities in the chemical-pharmaceutical active ingredient manufacturing sector. You will oversee all project phases, from feasibility studies and engineering to procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover. This role involves driving the strategic direction of automation technology, managing multiple concurrent projects, and applying expertise in explosion protection and functional safety. The position requires a Master's or Diploma degree in a relevant engineering field, extensive project management experience in process plant environments, and proven leadership skills. Required Skills
Education
Master or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation/Control Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Long-standing professional experience as a Project Manager or Operations Engineer in the planning, construction, and commissioning of production plants, particularly in chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnological process environments.
- Initial experience as a confident leader.
- Proficiency in modern project management and project reporting methods.
- Experience in adjacent fields such as process engineering or ventilation technology.
- International experience is a significant plus.
