Join regiocom, a leading service provider in the German energy market and a pan-European group, as a Process Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in redesigning and optimizing operational processes across front and back office functions. You will develop new processes, create specifications for improvements, and provide recommendations and workarounds during escalations. The ideal candidate possesses a technical or scientific degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and abstraction skills, and a structured, self-motivated approach. Familiarity with energy market core processes, SAP IS-U, S/4HANA, SQL, and MS Office is advantageous.
