Job Summary

Lead the development of aircraft radio systems, ensuring quality assurance and requirements management according to aviation standards. You will translate concepts and specifications into tangible products, support sales with bid proposals for civil and military tenders, and oversee complex electronics projects in collaboration with clients and product management. This role involves developing, implementing, and documenting functional tests for both software and hardware, including commissioning, integration, and qualification. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree or equivalent qualification in electrical, telecommunications, or communication engineering, with a strong background in hardware conception, specification, and design. Project management experience, particularly coordinating interdisciplinary teams and international suppliers, is crucial. Familiarity with aviation/avionics and RF technology is advantageous.
