Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive management of four company sites, including office buildings and workshops, located in Effretikon, Hinwil, Rümlang, and Landquart. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous upkeep of buildings through internal efforts and coordinating external service providers. The position requires budget and cost responsibility for these sites, as well as active participation and technical support in various renovation projects. Additionally, you will oversee and manage an internal fleet of approximately 150 vehicles and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external clients and suppliers. A significant aspect of the role includes contributing to the annual ESG reporting process.
