Job Summary

This role involves the overall management and coordination of a pediatric medical center (MVZ) in Hennef, Germany. You will be responsible for the organizational and economic steering of the practice, supporting the medical leadership, monitoring billing processes, and acting as a liaison between the MVZ and its parent company. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or a comparable qualification, along with a successful further education as a Practice Manager. Significant professional experience in a healthcare setting is required, along with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to developing structures and processes.
