This role involves the strategic and operational coordination of an international Master of Science program focused on climate studies. You will be instrumental in building and managing the program from its pilot phase through to establishment, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and career development initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and managing selection processes, conducting assessments, and conceptualizing mentoring and networking events. The position requires ensuring program quality through evaluation and monitoring, and acting as a central point of communication between students, faculty, administration, and external partners. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in a field relevant to the CLICCS Cluster of Excellence

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in coordinating or building complex programs or comparable projects
  • Experience in the setup and management of academic programs or study formats
  • Experience in coordination and steering of complex workflows/processes
  • Ideally, several years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a university context
