Job Summary
This role involves leading the Electrical and Automation Technology (EMSR) department, overseeing a team, and ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and renewal of electrical systems, MSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation) technology, and remote control systems with IT components. The position requires preparing, leading, and supervising maintenance activities, troubleshooting system failures, and managing a maintenance database. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing., or Dipl.-Ing. FH), or be a certified technician or master craftsman with relevant professional experience. Experience

- Experience with remote control technology and IT components
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing system failures
- Experience in managing maintenance databases and planning
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Experience with low and medium voltage switching (up to 30 kV) is advantageous

- Switching authorization for customer-owned systems up to 30 kV is advantageous. Willingness to perform on-call duty. Ability to handle pressure, loyalty, and discretion. Valid work permit for Germany.
