Job Summary
The ATOS Klinik Fleetinsel Hamburg, a leading orthopedic and prosthetic surgery clinic, seeks a Head of Building Services (w/m/d) to manage and maintain all technical facilities, equipment, and medical devices. This role involves ensuring compliance with legal requirements for inspections and maintenance, coordinating external service providers, and optimizing energy consumption. The position offers significant autonomy and the chance to contribute innovative ideas in a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in building services or technical building equipment, preferably within a hospital setting, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed further training as an Electrical Industry or Electrical Trade Master (m/f/d), Master of Energy and Building Technology, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in building services or technical building equipment.
- Experience in operating technical systems in hospitals or comparable facilities is advantageous.
- Professional experience in managing technical facilities.
- Experience with building automation and building management systems is a plus.
