Job Summary
As a Facility Manager for the ADAC Air Rescue Campus, you will be the organizational heart, ensuring smooth operations and active process involvement. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating external service providers, managing relationships with tenants, caterers, and reception, and driving process optimization. You'll oversee technical and infrastructural building management, ensuring compliance with operator obligations, and act as the central point of contact for facility management services. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a structured, proactive approach to problem-solving. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman or state-certified technician in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Supply Engineering, or Refrigeration Technology, or an equivalent technical qualification. Alternatively, a degree in Facility Management.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Facility Management, technical property support, and building management.
- Proven experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Experience in coordinating external service providers.
- Experience in managing tenant relations and contracts.
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license.
