Job Summary

This role is responsible for end-to-end management of customer complaints, utilizing structured analysis and methodologies like 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa to implement sustainable corrective actions. The successful candidate will serve as the primary quality contact for international clients, addressing inquiries related to the FIEPOS and Wireless product families. Collaboration with development, production, and product management is key to gathering information, making informed decisions, and driving solutions. The position involves planning, conducting, and evaluating customer audits, monitoring quality metrics such as complaint rates and response times, and translating trends into improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role contributes to product safety and regulatory compliance alongside R&D and Product & Material Compliance, and disseminates knowledge by advising internal departments on customer-related quality requirements.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in Customer Quality Assurance, preferably in an industrial or electronics environment.
  • Professional experience in managing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating customer audits.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing quality metrics (e.g., complaint rate, PPM, response times).
  • Experience in collaborating with international customers and internal departments (e.g., R&D, Production, Product Management).

Additional

  • Knowledge of relevant standards and norms, particularly ISO 9001; further experience with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, UL/CE, or product safety requirements is advantageous. Experience with industrial power supplies, electronics, embedded systems, or wireless communication technologies is beneficial.
