Join Team Dental as a Regional Manager, supporting partner dental practices across Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg to enhance their professionalism, efficiency, and team attractiveness. You will act as a sparring partner and reliable support, not a controller, for practice staff. Your role involves analyzing practice structures (billing, personnel planning, processes, patient flow), developing and implementing optimization measures, and serving as the primary contact for operational questions. You will report on key performance indicators and contribute to network-wide standardization and quality assurance projects. Experience
- Several years of experience as a Practice Manager, Dental Administrative Assistant (ZMV), or in a comparable leadership role within a dental practice or Medical Care Center (MVZ)
- Sound knowledge of dental billing (BEMA, GOZ) and/or practice administration
- Experience in personnel management, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and staff leadership
- Proven organizational talent and structured working methods
- Willingness to travel within Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg
- Experience with practice software (e.g., Dampsoft, Charly, or Z1) is ideal
- Knowledge of Quality Management (QM) in medical facilities is ideal
