Job Summary
Join JST as a Systems Technician focused on Remote Support and Analysis. In this role, you will remotely diagnose and resolve technical issues on production systems, conduct on-site visits for troubleshooting and system support, and analyze faults at the system, network, and hardware levels. You will also configure, manage, and optimize the JST system infrastructure, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate closely with development and product management teams. The ideal candidate possesses an IT-related education (e.g., IT specialist, systems electronics) or equivalent, demonstrates strong analytical thinking, and has experience with Windows Server and Linux systems.
